We will have set butcher dates that is on a first come- first serve basis based on a $250 deposit. The $250 deposit will be put towards the final payment once we know the amount of freezer ready beef they will get.
Although we would love for you to come out to the ranch and see the operation behind the beef- it is not mandatory to come out before you order beef from us.
Completely depends on family size. Fresh beef can last up to 12 months in the freezer. For more details please call us and we are happy to help you determine the best amount for you.
